We use UPS to deliver all our products.
All of our prints are custom made to order. We aim to deliver to you within 7 working days. (Weekday delivery only).
All of our prints are quality checked before dispatch reducing the chance of damage. However, in the unlikely and unfortunate event of damage in transit we will arrange to replace the product as soon as possible.
You must report the damage to us within 10 days and you will be asked to provide photographs of the damage to help us process the replacement as quickly as possible.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, we offer a 10 day money back guarantee.
- If more than 10 days have gone by since receiving your print, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- The items must be returned to us in the original condition and all packaging must be intact.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you wish to make a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. As we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping, but should you require assistance, we are able to arrange a DHL pickup for a flat rate of £30 for the return of a single print from mainland UK.
- Unfortunately we can't accept returns on a product that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: custom colours or special sizes), as a bespoke item cannot be resold via our website.
