AttikoArt is committed to protecting your privacy and takes its responsibilities regarding the security of customer information very seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from attikoart.com (the “Site”).
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When using the term “Personal Data” in our Privacy Policy, we mean information that relates to you and allows us to identify you, either directly or in combination with other information that we may hold. Your personal data may include your name, company name, address, email address, phone number(s), information relating to your purchase (e.g. your order references) and payment details (for example, your credit card information).
When using the term "Device Information", we mean information on how you use the Site or how you interact with us.
HOW WE COLLECT YOUR DATA
When you visit and/or use the Site or contact us, we may collect the following information:
- Personal Information that you choose to share with us when you register for an account, subscribe to emails, newsletters and alerts and information you include in your comments or reviews.
- When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including email address, postal address and phone number). We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
- Where you are utilising our online payment facility, we may store (via ourselves or our appointed payment processor) your credit and debit card details on a secure encrypted basis.
- If you choose to communicate with us (for example, through the Site, email, telephone, SMS, or social media) we will record the fact that you have contacted us and may retain the content of your communication, together with your contact details and our responses.
It is important that all the Personal Information you give us when you register as a user or otherwise when you use the Site is correct and accurate. This includes, by way of example only, ensuring that we have your correct contact (including email) details at all times.
If you plan to submit someone else's Personal Information to us, for instance when purchasing a print on their behalf, you should only provide us with that third party's details with their consent and after they have been given access to information about how we will use their details, including the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
When you visit the Site, we also automatically-collect certain Device Information, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we may use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

However, please be mindful that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. So, whilst we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Site. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your Personal Information we will use strict procedures and security features in relation to that data.
Regarding any sensitive personal information, please rest assured that we do not collect any of the following from our customers (information relating to medical or health conditions, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or sexuality).
OBJECTING TO DIRECT MARKETING
Wherever we rely on your consent, you will always be able to withdraw that consent, although we may have other legal grounds for processing your data for other purposes, such as those set out above. You have an absolute right to opt-out of direct marketing at any time.
If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving communications which AttikoArt sends you, you can do so by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of email communications which we send you or alternatively by contacting us using the details provided below. In the case of email marketing please allow 48 business hours for your email address to be removed from our system.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
