What exactly are 'tray frames'?
Used exclusively for our canvas prints, these are simple, minimalist frames which are perfect for displaying artwork. The canvas is inlayed within the frame, leaving a small space between the edge of the artwork and the frame moulding. This creates the appearance of a floating canvas, allowing you to see the full extent of the artwork without obscuring any of it.
What colour options do your tray frames come in?
Stylish and chic, our frames are available in white, black or natural wood.
What are the measurements of the tray frames?
Our tray frame measures 2.5cm wide and 5cm deep - and there is a small gap between the edge of the canvas and the frame. Please note that the measurements stated on our canvas prints account for the overall product size, including the frame.
What is AttikoArt's recommended method for hanging a tray framed canvas?
All of our designs can be hung vertically or horizontally, so your first job is to decide which way up you want to hang your print. Once that’s sorted, we recommend screwing two D-rings, in a vertical position, to the back of the frame - about a third of the way down, one on each side. You should then tie your hanging chord securely between the rings. (Make sure to tie it as tight as possible to avoid the frame hanging forward from the wall.) We like this method because it allows the canvas to sit nice and flush, giving a streamlined and stylish finish.

What is the framing like?
Our mounted prints are made on top-grade photographic paper and displayed in an elegant white passpartout border. We have chosen beautiful, simple, modern frames that set the art off perfectly.
What frame colour options can I choose from?
We offer a choice of four finishes: black, white, mink grey and natural oak.
What are the measurements of the frames?
The frame itself measures 2cm wide and is 3cm deep. Please note that the measurements stated on our mounted prints account for the overall product size, including the frame.
BESPOKE PRINTS
Can I order a print in my own preferred dimensions?
Yes, absolutely! If you need a special size please contact us at info@attikoart.com and we can discuss your needs and give you a price.
Can I order a print in my own choice of colours?
Yes of course! We are all about creating the perfect print in the right colours to work in your space. Let us know at info@attikoart.com and we’ll work with you to create exactly what you’re after. This design service costs £75 and is in addition to the price of the print.
Can I order a bespoke print and still return it if I don’t like it?
Unfortunately, if you order a bespoke print (personalised size or special colours) we cannot offer a refund if you change your mind. Our quality guarantee still applies though – if there is a problem with the print we will, of course, replace it free of charge.

Can I get help with choosing my print before I order?
We love to help! If you’re unsure about styling we are happy to advise you. Just send us a few photos of your room along with the dimensions and we will give you our honest professional advice for free. We can even do a mock up of our artwork in your space so that you can have a good idea of how the print will look before you buy it...
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
How much is the shipping fee?
For mainland UK and Ireland, AttikoArt has a flat shipping rate of £5.95 regardless of the number of canvases ordered (up to 100kg).
Other areas we cover with flat rate shipping are as follows: Jersey and Guernsey £44 | France and Belgium £35 | Germany £39 | Netherlands £25 | Spain £49.
If you live further afield and your country is not listed in the above, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Which countries does AttikoArt ship to?
Our standard shipping is to mainland UK and Ireland - but we do have lots of lovely customers in other countries. If you would like one of our prints, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do for you!
Can I get a print if I don’t live in one of those countries?
If you live further afield please drop us a line and we’ll try our very best to sort something out for you.
How long will I have to wait to receive my print?
All of our prints are custom made to order and we aim to deliver our prints to you within 7 working days.
How do you ship the prints?
We use UPS, DPD or Parcelforce depending on where you live and the size of the print you have ordered.
Do I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes, you get a tracking number sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
What is AttikoArt’s general policy on returns and refunds?

Is there a fee for returns?
